Payment Options

In order to provide you with the highest quality dental care on a sound business basis, we provide our patients with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule. By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion and simplify insurance claims. So that we will both have a definite understanding, please select the payment option that is most appropriate for your budget.

• 1. Cash or Check
Payment due at time of service.

• 2. Prepayment for Future Appointments
Allows for a 5% bookkeeping discount. Cash and check only.

• 3. Major Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express)
Payment due at time of service.

• 4. Insurance
We participate with many insurance carriers.  We are preferred providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama. If your insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the specifics of your policy and to provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket.  This is only an estimate because we can never guarantee payment by your insurance company.

• 5. Extended Payment Plan
Extended low monthly payments based on credit approval.  Offering NO INTEREST for 6, 12, and 18 months.
